VIOLENCE-BULLYING-THREATS-INTIMIDATION: STRATEGIES
FOR PREVENTING WORKPLACE CRISES
On Thursday, April 19,
2007, Richard V. Denenberg and Tia Schneider Denenberg, co-Directors of
Workplace Solutions, will conduct a workshop on preventing workplace
violence, at a dinner meeting of the WNY Chapter of the Labor and
Employment Relations Association. The meeting will be held at the
Hearthstone Manor, with a social hour at 5:30 p.m., and dinner and program
to follow.
The program will include
Interactive Crisis Simulations—dramatizations of actual incidents—and will
demonstrate how to deal with hostility and aggression in the workplace.
The Denenbergs have made
similar presentations to LERA Chapters throughout the country, and their
insight is particularly timely and helpful given the recent State
legislation mandating training in preventing violence in the workplace.
Please join us for this
important and informative session.
