The Western New York
Chapter of the Labor and Employment Relations Association will begin this
years programming on Wednesday, February 20, 2008 with an outstanding
program featuring The United Auto Workers, Ford Motor Company and General
Motors presenting and discussing their historic new collective bargaining
agreements.
A panel will be made up
of the following: Mr. Kevin Donovan, Assistant Director, UAW Region 9, Mr.
Jim Larese, Labor Relations Manager for Ford Motor Company, Ms. Rhonda
Moore, Labor Relations Supervisor for Buffalo Stamping Plant and Mr. Art
Schwartz, General Director Labor Relations and Planning of General Motors
Corporation. In addition a representative from the GM Tonawanda Engine
Plant will be on the panel.
