Beyond “He Said, She Said”:
Employment Discrimination Issues for the 21st Century
Wednesday, November 16, 2005
LERA OF WNY MEETING
Co-Sponsored by the University of Buffalo Law School
Three distinguished
speakers will discuss emerging issues in employment discrimination:
Professor Dianne Avery, from the University at Buffalo Law School, Douglas
Bantle, Chair of the Upstate Region for the National Academy of
Arbitrators, and Elizabeth Cadle, Director of the Equal Employment
Opportunity Commission, Buffalo Office. Learn about and discuss hot-button
issues, such as make-up and dress rules; arbitrators instead of judges
deciding Title VII cases; and what’s new at the EEOC.
Please join us for what
promises to be a lively discussion. Free parking is available at the
University at Buffalo’s Center for Tomorrow.
