WHAT WE'VE ALWAYS WANTED TO SAY
TO THE PARTIES AND THEIR ADVOCATES
Join us for an evening with two experienced, full-time
labor arbitrators who will share their opinions about actions occasionally
taken by the parties and their advocates which can weaken the
effectiveness of the arbitration process and make it function less
efficiently. Dr. Elizabeth C. Wesman from Hendersonville, North Carolina
and Stuart M. Pohl, from Buffalo, New York will offer their views and
observations based on their experience conducting hearings on a variety of
labor/management issues and across a wide spectrum of labor-management
relationships. There will be time allotted after their remarks to
encourage audience comments and responses. Please join us and bring a
guest.
